Gov. Holcomb Directs Flags to Half-Staff in Honor of Patriot Day

Sunday is the 21st anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

INDIANAPOLIS – Governor Holcomb is directing flags at state facilities across Indiana to be flown at half-staff in honor of Patriot Day.

Sunday marks the 21st anniversary of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, that killed almost 3,000 people.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Sunday.

Businesses and residents statewide are also encouraged to lower their flags in remembrance of the victims of 9/11.
