(Vevay, Ind.) - Cam Craig stands alone as the most prolific scorer in Switzerland County High School boys basketball history.
Craig needed 21 points versus Rising Sun on Friday to pass Brad Burk as Switzerland County's all-time leading scorer. He reached that mark in the third quarter with a top of the key three-point basket in transition.
Burk had previously held the record since 1982 when he finished his high school career with 1,456 points.
Craig, a 6'4" senior forward, has a career average of 22.7 points per game. His scoring totals by season are 438 as a freshman, 70 during an injury riddled sophomore season, and 654 as a junior. He entered Friday night's game with 274 points on the season.
Breaking the record wasn't enough. Cam was also named Homecoming King.
