Vehicle Vs. Pole Closes SR 148 Near Aurora

Utility crews have to repair a broken pole along State Road 148 Friday morning.

(Aurora, Ind.) - A crash has closed State Road 148 near Aurora Friday morning.

A vehicle collided with a utility pole on S.R. 148 near Melody Lane at around 2:30 a.m., according to dispatchers. The wreck caused the pole and wires to come down.

Nobody was injured in the crash.

S.R. 148 will remain closed until the damage can be cleared up.
