St. Elizabeth Healthcare Expands Heart and Vascular Services in Dearborn County

St. E has announced two new heart and vascular physician at St. Elizabeth Dearborn in Lawrenceburg.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - St. Elizabeth Healthcare is proud to announce the addition of new heart and vascular physicians at St. Elizabeth Dearborn in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. These additions will allow patients to receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Anusha Shanbhag MD, and James Muth MD, PHD have joined Ashok Penmesta, MD and Saad Dughman, MD at the Lawrenceburg office. Dr. Shanbhag is a non-invasive cardiologist with special interest in cardiovascular prevention and valvular heart disease imaging. Dr. Muth is an electrophysiologist and specializes in the care of patients with irregular heartbeats. Both are currently welcoming new patients.

Patients in Southeastern Indiana will continue to see visits by the St. Elizabeth CardioVascular Mobile Unit. The mobile unit makes it easier for patients to get an inside look at their heart and vascular health. Patients are able to receive risk assessments and ultrasound screenings on the road with immediate results and low-cost 30-minute tests.
