Heavy Equipment on Display Saturday at Hard Hat Hangout

(Aurora, Ind.) - Caution, fun ahead! 

Main Street Aurora will host their annual Hard Hat Hangout on Saturday, June 17 at the Aurora Lions Club parking lot. 

The "Touch and Visit Day" will allow kids and adults to look at up close and experience first hand a variety of heavy equipment. Sit in the drivers seat of big trucks, backhoes, firetrucks and more. 

Drivers and operators will be on hand to answer questions about their jobs. 

Bill Yelton, McGraw Excavating, Paul H. Rohe Company, Aurora Fire and Aurora Utilities are expected to have equipment on display. 

The free event will run from 9:00 a.m. to noon. 

Eagle Country 99.3 will broadcast live from the Hard Hat Hangout from 9-11.
