Erlanger Man Arrested & Charged With Rape, Sodomy

(Erlanger, Ky.) – An Erlanger man has been arrested on rape and sodomy charges.

Patrick Bigsby, 20, was arrested Monday by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Apprehension Task Force, according to Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney.

Bigsby is accuse of using an electronic device to procure a child for sexual activity.

According to the arrest warrant, Bigsby lied to a 13-year-old victim by claiming he was only 16 years of age.

Bigsby faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted on felony rape and sodomy charges. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Kenton County Court.
