East Central Percussion Wins State Championship

(St. Leon, Ind.) – Members of the East Central High School percussion team can call themselves state champions.

East Central finished with a score of 90.525, narrowly beating out Warsaw and Elkhart for the Indiana Percussion Association (IPA) State Championship.

The event was held on Saturday at Indiana State University in Terre Haute.

Community members are invited to hear East Central Percussion play on April 20 in the East Central High School Gymnasium.

The event starts at 6:00 p.m.
