The revamped program will help strengthen and refine leadership skills.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) - The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce and Southeast Indiana Chamber Foundation are pleased to announce that registration for the 2021 Class of Leadership Dearborn is now open. After three successful years, we were excited that last year to partner with Paul Fox, a Dearborn County resident and former P&G vice president who has worked with the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce on their various leadership development initiatives. The curriculum was a resounding success and we will be implementing it again this year. The plan is to present the same material however mix things up with different speakers and venues.

The purpose of this revamped Leadership Dearborn program is to strengthen and refine leadership skills by exploring the dynamics of leadership with focus on helping participants identify individual capabilities and opportunities for growth.

We are also expanding the amount of in class time with this year’s sessions. We will be dividing the program into twelve sessions of four hours each. Topics covered will include team dynamics, self-assessment, time management, managing priorities, managing under pressure, leadership traits, future planning and more. This is a great opportunity for you or your top management to grow and learn with other Dearborn County leaders. Classes will begin on September 21st and meet the third Tuesday of each month thereafter.

For registration information please contact Eric Kranz, President and CEO of the Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce, at 812-537-0814 or email him at ekranz@dearborncountychamber.org.
