(Batesville, Ind.) - The Batesville Community School Corporation (BCSC), in collaboration with CareSource, will host a community wellness fair at Batesville Middle School on Wednesday, October 2, from 4—6 p.m.

“The Bulldog Strong and Ready Community Wellness Fair will feature a variety of valuable health and wellness resources and activities that will benefit everyone,” explained BCSC director of health services. “It’s a streamlined event for vaccinations, blood pressure checks, nutritional information, Medicaid details, women’s health resources, behavioral health guidance, and dental educational materials, plus much more. We’re excited to pull together more than 40 vendors in one place to help our community members stay well.”

In addition to these important health services, the event will feature fun, interactive activities for all ages, such as free ice cream, face painting, and door prizes. Batesville Middle School is located at 201 North Mulberry Street. Attendees may enter Door A in the front of the building or via Door L in the back, near the new gym. There is no admission fee.

“This event is a fantastic opportunity to gather valuable information and engage with local organizations dedicated to supporting our community's health and wellness,” Weiler added. “We look forward to seeing everyone there and making this a memorable and beneficial experience for all.”
