(Aurora, Ind.) - South Dearborn junior linebacker Brady Ballart has decided where he wants to play college football.
On Sunday morning, the 3-star recruit verbally committed to the University of Louisville.
Ballart chose the Cardinals over Eastern Michigan, Ball State, Miami (Oh.), and Toledo. He joins a running list of area players that have committed to D-1 schools. Others to do so recently include Noah Knigga (Eastern Michigan), Josh Ringer (Miami Oh.), Ryan Brotherton (Western Michigan) and Aston Craig (Notre Dame).
On an edition of Crunch Time in August, Ballart told Eagle Country 99.3 that getting his four Power 4 offer "was really nice."
Ballart has already made a huge impact on his team over his first two seasons. Last season, he was IFCA Junior All-State selection in 2023, and was named to the Indiana Preps 2024 Underclass Top 22 All-State Team prior to the 2024 season.
Ballart began this season with career totals of 162 tackles and 13 tackles for a loss.
