Milan's Bode, Switz. Co.'s Cutter Named ORVC Softball Players of the Week

(Milan, Ind.) – Four Ohio River Valley Conference student-athletes have earned weekly honors.

The ORVC Report for May 6-11 was released on Wednesday.

Milan’s Kynadee Bode and Switzerland County’s Kayla Cutter are the ORVC Softball Players of the Week.

Bode went 4-1 in the pitching circle, striking out 43 over 30 innings. She also collected eight hits, including a home run with 10 RBI in five games. Cutter had a big impact at the plate over a four-game stretch with nine hits, including five home runs, and 12 RBI.

The ORVC Baseball Player of the Week is Adam Traylor. The Southwestern star tossed a no-hitter and collected 9 RBI in four games.

Southwestern’s Jackson Taylor is the ORVC Boys Golfer of the Week. He carded a 35 at Butler Falls.
