Oldenburg Academy 3, South Ripley 0 - Ben Kraus scored three goals for the Twisters. Gariott Scott, Sam Mahoney, and Lucas McFee each made an assist to Kraus. OA keeper Chris Hautman had two saves.

 

BOYS TENNIS

East Central 5, Lawrenceburg 0

South Dearborn 5, Southwestern 0 – South Dearborn swept the Rebels. #1 doubles Drew Miller defeated Landon Deatley 6-2, 6-2. #2 singles Noah Probst defeated Bailey Elliott 6-4, 6-2. #3 singles Matt Hughes defeated Derrick Osborn 6-4, 6-2. #1 doubles Nathan Cantrell and Alex Shackelford defeated Riley Elliott and Kenny Yount 6-0, 6-0. #2 doubles Mason Earls and Brayden Turner defeated Austin Caldwell and Tyler Simpson 6-1, 6-1.

 

GIRLS GOLF

Franklin County girls bested Lawrenceburg at Brook Hill Golf Club on Tuesday, 178-216. FC junior Ashlan Hill was the meet medalist with a score of 42.

 

GIRLS SOCCER

Batesville 1, Lawrenceburg 0 – The game-winning goal was scored by Batesville’s Georgia Gratz off an assist from Denise Davalos. Bulldog goalie Ellie Waechter made 6 saves to keep the shutout intact.

South Dearborn 7, Franklin County 0 – Alyssa McClanahan led South Dearborn with four goals. Gracie Collins and Alley Lunsford also scored for the Lady Knights.

Switzerland County 3, Milan 1 - Switz's Rylee Hankins scored twice and Raylinn Kappes also kicked one in.

Oldenburg Academy 1, Seven Hills (Ohio) 1 – tie

Lawrenceburg 3, South Dearborn 0 – 25-13, 25-6, 25-11 – For South Dearborn, Jaelyn Lows had 3 kills and 1 block, Mackenzie Casebolt had 2 aces and 5 digs, and Emily Elliott with 2 kills.

Batesville 3, Rushville 0 – 25-6, 25-16, 25-8 – Hattie Westerfeld had 15 kills, 7 aces, 6 digs, and 2 blocks for Batesville. Jenna Ertel made 11 digs with a kill. Macy Prickel put in 10 kills, 5 aces, and 4 digs.
