Columbus East 1, East Central 0

Rising Sun 9, South Ripley 0 – The Shiners went off on South Ripley with five goals in the first half. Zac Brokaw scored four times. Jake Bovard had two goals and two assists. Single goals were scored by Brent Webb, Landon Cole, and Kendall Montgomery. Cole added two assists. Jordan Parsons had two saves for the Shiners.

Jac-Cen-Del 6, Shawe Memorial 3 – Jacob Jines scored four times for JCD. Patrick Wagner, Emilio Herrero and Blake Simon also found the back of the net.

 

GIRLS GOLF

Southwestern won a four-way match on Wednesday. Southwestern’s team total was 226 strokes. Switzerland County was second with 274, Jac-Cen-Del third with 278, and Shawe Memorial did not have enough players to qualify for a team.  Sierra Hamilton led Switz with a round of 67.

 

GIRLS SOCCER

Lawrenceburg 5, Franklin County 0 – Makenna White impressed with 4 goals for the Tigers. Hannah Brayton scored LHS’s fifth goal. Assists were made by Ryleigh Offutt, Shannon Bachman, Chloe Meyer, Jenna Farmer, and Holly Knippenberg. Erin Hill made two saves in the goal.

South Dearborn 10, Rushville 0

Shawe Memorial 3, Switzerland County 2 – 25-20, 18-25, 18-25, 25-21, 15-7
