East Central, Lawrenceburg Stars Named EIAC Soccer MVPs

The 2025 EIAC Girls and Boys Soccer All-Conference Teams were released on Tuesday.

(St. Leon, Ind.) - Fifty high school soccer stars have earned All-Conference honors from the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference. 

The EIAC released their Fall Sports All-Conference Teams on Tuesday. 

In girls soccer, conference champion East Central (7-0 in EIAC) led the way with six all-conference selections, including EIAC Offensive MVP Maria Mayer. The senior forward tallied 21 goals and 17 assists. 

Second place Lawrenceburg had five all-conference selections, including EIAC Defensive MVP Aubree LaBazzo. She anchored a Tigers defense that allowed 14 goals in 22 matches

Both East Central and Lawrenceburg made great runs in the state tournament. The Trojans reached the regional championship, while Lawrenceburg made it to the semi-state level. 

On the boys' side, East Central captured the conference title with a perfect 7-0 record against EIAC opponents. The Trojans have six all-conference selections, including Offensive MVP Lucas Inderhees. 

The EIAC Defensive MVP went to Lawrenceburg's Trenton Ester.  

The EIAC Coaches of the Year are Bill Volker and Clayton Muncy, both of East Central.
