East Central HS Among Best High Schools for Sports in Indiana

The Top 25 list was recently released by Stacker.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – A recent report has named East Central High School one of the best for sports in the state of Indiana.

Stacker used data from Niche to compile the Top 25 list.

East Central High School checked in at 15th overall.  

The rankings factor in parent and student surveys on sports, total high school enrollment, K-12 sports championships, number of sports, and athletic participation rates.

East Central captured their third IHSAA Football State Championship last November, defeating New Prairie 37-7 in the Class 4A Title Game.

The Trojans have also enjoyed recent championship success in sports such as girls basketball, soccer, track & field, swimming & diving, tennis, and baseball.
