(St. Leon, Ind.) – Football stars from East Central, Lawrenceburg, Batesville, Rushville and Franklin County earned MVP honors in the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference.
The EIAC Fall Sports All-Conference Teams were released on Wednesday.
In the Legends Division, East Central’s Carson Pieczonka and Lawrenceburg’s Noah Knigga were named Defensive Co-MVP.
Pieczonka was among the Trojans' leading tacklers this season with 56, including 4.5 for a loss. He also had 2.5 sacks and three interceptions. Knigga, a three-star Eastern Michigan University signee, led the Tigers with 111 tackles, including 25 for a loss and seven sacks.

Batesville quarterback Will Jaisle was named the Offensive MVP in the Legends Division. He helped lead Batesville to a semi-state appearance by throwing for 1,960 yards and 19 touchdowns. Jaisle ends his high school career as Batesville’s career passing leader and top touchdown passer.

In the Leaders Division, Rushville’s Sam Pavey won Defensive MVP, while Franklin County’s Quinn Gillman is the Offensive MVP.
Pavey led the Lions with 140 tackles, including eight tackles for a loss. Gillman proved to be the best dual-threat quarterback in the conference, throwing for 2,287 yards and 25 touchdowns while rushing for 1,094 yards and 12 more scores.
The EIAC Coaches of the Year are Jake Meiners (East Central) and Evan Ulery (Batesville).
