The drug store chain says it will sell CBD lotions, patches, and sprays, but not dietary supplements.

(Undated) - Folks in Indiana and Kentucky will soon have another choice for purchasing their CBD products.
Walgreens announced Wednesday it will sell CBD-infused lotions, patches and sprays at 1,500 stores in Indiana, Kentucky and seven other states.
“This product offering is in line with our efforts to provide a wider range of accessible health and wellbeing products and services to best meet the needs and preferences of our customers,” Walgreens spokesman Brian Faith said in an email to CNBC.
Last week, rival chain CVS announced plans to sell the same kind of products in the same states.
Walgreens says their products will come from hemp, and they will not sell CBD dietary supplements.
