St. Elizabeth Cardiovascular Mobile Health Unit Coming To Greendale, Aurora

Don’t put your health on hold; schedule your screening today.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) – The St. Elizabeth Cardiovascular Mobile Health Unit is coming to a neighborhood near you.

The mobile unit will be located at St. Elizabeth Physicians on Flossie Drive in Greendale on Monday, June 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

On Friday, June 25, the mobile unit will make its way to St. Elizabeth Physicians on Bridgeway Street in Aurora, operating during the same hours as the Greendale stop.

Patients will wait in their cars for their scheduled appointment.

A series of simple tests will help determine if you are at risk of heart or vascular disease. You will also receive one-on-one discussion with a health educator on actions you can take to address your risks.

Screenings cost $25.
