Several Inches Of Snow Expected Sunday

Winter weather will enter the area early Sunday morning.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – It may be March, but do not put that snow shovel away just yet.

Several inches of snow accumulation are expected Sunday, March 3 in the tri-state, according to the National Weather Service.

A storm system passing south of the region will bring the winter weather. The chance of snow is expected to begin after midnight Sunday morning.

Following the snow, temperatures will take a dip on Monday and Tuesday, when high temperatures will be in the 20s and overnight lows will be in the single digits. Wind chill values could be as cold as zero.
