Sentencing Handed Down to Man Convicted in Delphi Murders

Richard Allen will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

(Delphi, Ind.) – The man convicted of murdering two Delphi teens has been sentenced.

Richard Allen was given 65 years for each murder for a total sentence of 130 years.

Allen was arrested in October of 2022, over 2,000 days after the murders of Liberty German and Abigail Williams took place in a wooded area along the Monon Trail.

Lasty month, a jury found Allen guilty on all charges in the double homicide.
