SBA To Provide Disaster Assistance Loans For Small Businesses Impacted By COVID-19

$50 billion has been allocated to the Small Business Administration (SBA) for Economic Injury Disaster Loans. 

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - The Indiana Economic Development Corporation sent a notice to Indiana small businesses that have or anticipate being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and the related closures to help receive funding. 

$50 billion has been allocated to the Small Business Administration (SBA) for Economic Injury Disaster Loans. 

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation is collecting small business economic impact data from every county in Indiana so that Governor Holcomb can declare an economic injury disaster. This will help Hoosiers to obtain access to this allocated funding. 

There is a form at https://isbdc.org/indianacovid19smallbusiness/ that entrepreneur's or small businesses that have or anticipate being impacted by the coronavirus. 

Information given to this form will only be used to assist in  requesting an economic injury disaster declaration from SBA and identifying greatest areas of need.

When a disaster declaration is made for designated areas within the state, information on the application process will be updated at www.SBA.gov/disaster.
