Roof Blows Off Downtown Aurora Building Due To High Winds

This incident happened just after 6:00 p.m. last night.

(Aurora, Ind.) - The roof of a downtown Aurora building was blown off during a storm on Monday evening. 

Around 6:09 p.m., Aurora Fire Rescue was dispatched to Second Street and Mechanic Street when the roof of the Denmure Law Office was taken off due to high winds. 

No one was injured, and there was no water damage done. 

The Aurora Police Department, Aurora Life Squad and Duke Energy assisted Aurora Fire.
