Rising Sun's Music On Main Concert Series Opens Friday

Bring your lawn chairs to Main Street on the third Friday to enjoy free music and a car show.

(Rising Sun, Ind.) - Rising Sun Main Street has revealed the band schedule for its 2018 Music on Main and Cruise-Ins.

Tayler Lynch & the Insane Outlaws will play the season opening free concert on Friday, May 18.

There will be five Music on Main Cruise-Ins on the third Friday of each month through September.

The car cruise-in will run from 6:00 until 10:00 p.m., with the music playing from 7:00 until 9:00. The concerts take place at the pavilion on Main Street. In the event of rain, the music is moved inside Heritage Hall at 214 Main Street.

June 15 – Chuck Brisbin and the Tuna Project

July 20 – Velvet Soul

August 17 – Jay Jesse Johnson Band

September 21 – Acoustic Blue Trio
