Rising Sun Market Place is seeking community feedback about creating a second-floor event venue with a rooftop deck overlooking downtown Rising Sun.
The space would be ideal for parties and receptions, music nights, photo shoots, club meetings and more.
Rising Sun Main Street says the idea brings support for local talent, economic growth, and fun.
