Ripley Co. Chamber to Host Total Eclipse Lunch & Learn on Jan. 22

The April 8 eclipse is the first total solar eclipse since 2017 and the last until August 2044.

(Versailles, Ind.) – Community members and business owners are invited to attend an upcoming lunch and learn session regarding the Total Eclipse that will grace Ripley County on April 8.

The Ripley County Chamber of Commerce will host the session on January 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Versailles Town Hall.

During the informative event, attendees will learn about how the celestial event will impact business and the area as a whole.

Charlie Pride, Jr., Instructor of Accounting at Ivy Tech Community College, and Donna Zeh, Department Chair and Associate Professor of Business at Ivy Tech Community College, will be the featured speakers.

They will provide insights on how the Total Eclipse can be leveraged to benefit your enterprise and embrace the influx of visitors it will bring.

Key discussion points include Economic Opportunities, Marketing Strategies, Community Engagement, and Enhanced Business Operations.

Those interested in attending should RSVP by January 11. Cost is $10 for Chamber members and $15 for non-members.
