The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for the tri-state area until 7:00 p.m.

Tri-state area residents are asked to refrain from open burning, and to report any fires that you may see.
Wind gusts are expected to hover around 15 to 25 mph Thursday, with gusts up to 45 mph. Relative humidity may be as low as 23 percent.
