(Ripley County, Ind.) - The Ripley County Community Foundation is proud to announce the establishment of the Payne Family Fund, a Donor-Advised Fund created by Gary and Roxanne Payne. This generous gift will provide long-lasting support to local organizations and initiatives that enrich the lives of Ripley County residents.

A Donor-Advised Fund is a philanthropic vehicle that allows donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax benefit, and then recommend grants from the fund. It is a simple option which allows a donor to make an impact today while creating a rich legacy of giving. The Payne Family Fund provides the Paynes with the flexibility to support charitable causes that align with their values; empowering them to make a significant difference in the community for generations to come. Thanks to the generosity and vision of several local individuals, donor advised funds are making a big impact in Ripley County.

“By establishing the Payne Family Fund, Gary and Roxanne are not only making a generous gift to the community but are also demonstrating the power of philanthropy in creating the positive change they want to see”, stated Amy Streator, Executive Director of the Ripley County Community Foundation. “By contributing to the Payne Family Fund or establishing your own donor-advised fund, your generosity will help fund vital programs, support local nonprofits, and create lasting positive change for generations to come."
