Scammers are posing as Amazon employees and threatening arrest if their demands aren't met.

(Ohio County, Ind.) – The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office has received a complaint of a scam regarding Amazon.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, scammers are pretending to work for Amazon and calling individuals requesting them to authorize a payment for an item.
Furthermore, the scammers are instructing individuals to go to the bank and withdraw large sums of money and use it to buy gift cards. Those who are noncompliant are being threatened with arrest.
The most recent complaint told the individual that “Officer Baxter” would be there shortly to arrest them.
The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is encouraging area residents to warn elderly people of this scam.
