New Grant Opportunity For Dearborn County Businesses

Funding will support local businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A $275,000 Grant Fund to support Dearborn businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic is now accepting applications.

The fund, which is administered by the Southeast Indiana Chamber Foundation, was established using a grant from Indiana’s Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA). Any Dearborn County business impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic is eligible to apply.

The $250,000 grant from OCRA was supplemented by matching funds from Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce, One Dearborn, the Civista Charitable Foundation and the Southeast Indiana Port Authority which pushes the total fund to $275,000. The maximum grant amount is set at $50,000. New business starts are not eligible to apply at this time.
