New Alsace Conservation Club Taking Registration for Summer Conservation Camp

Camp fee will be paid by New Alsace Conservation Club if you're accepted.

(New Alsace, Ind.) – The New Alsace Conservation Club each year raises funds to send children in the 5th and 6th grad to the Karl E. Kelly Conservation Youth Camp.

This year, there are extra openings available for the camp, which is run by the Indiana Conservation Officers Organization (ICOO).

The camp experience is open to any boy or girl that has completed the 5th or 6th grade in the preceding school year. Camp fee is $350 per camper and includes all meals, lodging and needed equipment for camp.

The $350 fee is covered by the New Alsace Conservation Club for those selected students.

All camp registration must be coordinated with Club Secretary Dale Back. Over the past 18 years, the New Alsace Conservation Club has sent over 132 children to this camp.

The registration deadline is February 1. Click here for the signup sheet.

More details about the camp are provided below.
