(Oldenburg, Ind.) - The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, in partnership with the Oldenburg Police Department and Franklin County Stayin’ Alive, will host a National Night Out and Drug Take Back Event next month.
The event will take place on Tuesday, October 8 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the pavilion behind the Oldenburg Firehouse.
The family-friendly event will include free hamburgers and hot dogs for attendees.
Those who have unused, expired, or unwanted medications, can bring them to the event for safe disposal. Pills, tablets and bottles will be accepted. No syringes or sharps.
