(Wilmington, Oh.) – More snow is in the forecast over the weekend.
The tri-state area was impacted by snowfall on Wednesday night, which caused many area schools to close, and other activities to be cancelled.
Portions of the tri-state may be in for more inclement weather on Saturday.
According to the National Weather Service, snow is expected to return Saturday evening with two to four inches of accumulation possible. Snow will then mix and then change to rain later Saturday night into Sunday morning.
A rain/snow mix is also likely Sunday night with a low of 29, potentially impacting the morning commute on Monday.
Locally, the Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Franklin, Ripley and Dearborn counties in Indiana, and Hamilton County, Ohio.
