Minivan Collides With Pole

(Bright, Ind.) – A minivan went off the road and struck a utility pole Tuesday morning near Bright.

 

Dispatchers say the van crashed near the intersection with Sand Run Road at about 6:58 a.m.

 

No injuries were reported.

 

Dispatchers said the driver was being brought to the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center by deputies, but it was unclear if the driver was arrested.

 

Stateline Road remained open to traffic as the accident scene was cleared, although motorists reported long backups at about 7:30.
