Three Milan seniors are competing at state for the third year in a row.

(Milan, Ind.) - There are three seniors on the Milan HS Archery team, Kaitlyn Carpenter, Sarah Lillis, and Aiden McFarland.
All three have experience at the state level. Carpenter and Lillis are returning to state third year in a row, while McFarland is making a second trip in a row. Each hope to make nationals for a second consecutive season
The whole Milan High School team qualified for the bullseye shoot as well as middle schooler, Zoey Griffith. Kaitlyn Carpenter and Zoey Griffith are the only two that qualified for 3D event
Kaitlyn says, "I want to compete in Nationals to finish off my senior year! I want to shoot a 285 to be my new personal best!”
The Indiana State Archery Tournament is this Saturday, March 9 at the Indianapolis Fairgrounds.
