Main Street Aurora to Host 10th Annual Ghost Walk

(Aurora, Ind.) - In its 10th year, the “Annual Aurora Ghost Walk” is a partnership between Main Street Aurora and Hillforest Victorian House Museum.

Jim Waldon, Main Street Aurora Board Member, is the tour guide extraordinaire sharing eerie tales while strolling thru the historic residential neighborhood of 3rd, 4th & 5th Streets in downtown Aurora. A low light tour given by house docents at the National Historic Landmark Hillforest is included in the tour, followed with special Halloween treats.

Nancy Turner, Main Street Aurora Executive Director said, “An absolute thrill was a call from a Clarksville IN bride, who after visiting Aurora several times is getting married at Hillforest Saturday, October 26th with reception at 3rd & Main, staying in an Aurora Airbnb, the bride also made 8 reservations for the Ghost Walk for Friday.”

The Aurora Ghost Walk, sponsored by Civista Charitable Foundation, is Thursday & Friday October 24th & 25th at 6:30pm. Required tickets are $10.00 per person and can be purchased by calling the Main Street Aurora Office at 812.926.1100.
