LCSC Partners With Indiana 4-H, Purdue Online For Advanced Electric Skills Course

Youths in grades 7-12 can now participate in the course.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Lawrenceburg Community School Corporation has announced a partnership with Indiana 4-H and Purdue Online.

Students in grades 7-12 can now participate in Advanced Electric Online course through Purdue Extension.

The course teaches youth advanced electric skills in an interactive, virtual format, and opens career pathways. 

Students will learn about voltage, current, and resistance, safety practices, applications of electricity for daily use and the use and care of electrical instruments.

You do not have to be a 4-H member to enroll. Those who do enroll will have six months from the time of enrollment to complete the modules. The first 100 participants to complete one module will receive a special 4-H surprise in the mail.
