A Nashville, Tennessee woman has been ID'd as the victim.

(Carroll County, Ky.) - Kentucky State Police Troopers responded to a multi-vehicle crash that resulted in a fatality on I-71 around 5:20 this morning.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2016 Ford C-Max driven by Cassandra Walker, 75, of Nashville, TN, was traveling north and rear-ended a 2014 Ford F-250, also traveling north, being driven by Ricky Woods, 65, of Turners Station, KY.
Walker veered off the roadway and struck the rear end of a disabled commercial motor vehicle on the right shoulder.
Cassandra Walker was pronounced deceased on the scene by the Carroll County Coroner, and the next of kin has been notified.
The investigation is ongoing by Kentucky State Police Post 5 Accident Reconstructionist.
