Just because you can't make it to the ballot box on Election Day, doesn't mean you can't vote.
(Frankfort, Ky.) – In-person absentee voting is now open in Kentucky.
Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes announced Monday that in-person absentee voting is open statewide for the November 5 General Election.
In order to qualify for an in-person absentee ballot, you must be out of the county on election day, advanced in age, disabled, or ill.
Military personnel, students who reside outside the county, pregnant women in their third trimester and hospitalized individuals may also cast an absentee ballot.
