Hoosiers 45 & Up Now Eligible For COVID-19 Vaccination

The eligibility list continues to grow in Indiana.

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - The list of Hoosiers eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccination is growing. 

The Indiana State Department of Health announced Tuesday that individuals age 45 and up are now eligible to schedule an appointment to get vaccinated. 

The announcement comes just a day after teachers and school staff throughout the state were added to the eligibility list. 

Healthcare workers and first responders remain eligible as well. 

Specific groups of patients at highest risk of severe illness from COVID-19 who are identified by their healthcare provider are also eligible. A full list can be found here.
