Hamilton Co. Deputy Sheriff Tests Positive For COVID-19

No other employees or inmates have shown symptoms of the virus.

(Hamilton County, Oh.) – A Hamilton County Deputy Sheriff has tested positive for COVID-19.

Sheriff Jim Neil announced Friday that a Deputy Sheriff assigned to the Jail Services Division has tested positive for the virus and is quarantined at home and is doing well.

At this time, there are no other employees or inmates displaying symptoms of the virus.

“We will continue to work closely with Naphcare, our medical service provider, and the Hamilton County Health Commissioner,” said Sheriff Neil.
