Gov. Holcomb Directs Flags to be Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Patriot Day

Today is the 23rd anniversary of the horrific attacks in NYC, DC and Pennsylvania.

INDIANAPOLIS - Governor Eric Holcomb is directing flags at state facilities across the state to be flown at half-staff in honor of Patriot Day.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

Governor Holcomb also asks businesses and residents statewide to lower their flags to half-staff in remembrance of the victims of the terror attacks on September 11, 2001.

Today is the 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. There were 2,996 people who died in the attacks.
