The enrollment trends are analyzed over a 16-year period from 2006 to 2022.

Of the 289 school districts reviewed, 187 (65%) had enrollment declines in the last 16 years.

Locally, Lawrenceburg and Milan were listed as school corporations that have seen their enrollment increase.

Lawrenceburg Community School Corporation's enrollment has grown by 38 percent between 2006 and 2022, while Milan saw a 7.4 percent uptick in enrollment between 2020-21 and 2021-22 school years.
