(Batesville, Ind.) - First Financial Bank, through the First Financial Foundation, recently contributed $25,000 to the Margaret Mary Health Foundation (MMHF) to support the construction of Margaret Mary Health’s replacement hospital. Located on State Route 229 just north of the I-74 Batesville interchange, the new facility is expected to open in June 2026.
First Financial Bank Assistant Vice President Brad Mehlon stated, “This commitment directly aligns with our mission to create opportunities for our clients and communities to thrive, and the hospital is a perfect opportunity for us to fulfill that mission. We appreciate the hospital’s partnership and feel this is a great way to give back.”
This donation helps MMHF build on the success of its capital campaign — surpassing the $10 million goal and reaching more than $10.7 million raised to date.
“We continue to be amazed by our community’s generosity and are grateful for our partners like First Financial Bank who support our new hospital,” said MMHF Executive Director Jonathon Maple.
