(Colerain Township, Oh.) - Multiple responders were called to a fire at the Rumpke Sanitary Landfill in Colerain Township on Sunday.
A fire in the heaps was reported around 6:30 p.m.
The fire burned for one to two acres and was contained within approximately two hours.
No injuries were reported and a cause remains under investigation.
According to Colerain Fire, air quality testing results show there are no ongoing air quality concerns from the Rumpke fire.
