(Indianapolis, Ind.) - Sports betting continues to grow in the Hoosier state.
The Indiana Gaming Commission just released February sports betting numbers and Indiana saw $17 million increase in handled bets from January.
Over $187 million was handled in Indiana casinos, and saw just over $11 million in sports betting revenue.
Locally, our casinos saw an overall decline in total money handled and revenue brought in.
Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg handled almost $7 million with $462,605 in revenue.
Gamblers placed just over $900,000 in sports bets at Belterra Casino in Switzerland County resulting in $34,179 in revenue.
Rising Star Casino has handled $336,347 in sports bets.
