Esports Added at Milan Schools

The Esports boom continues in southeast Indiana.

(Milan, Ind.) - Milan High School and Milan Middle School students are immersing themselves in Esports. 

The school corporation announced Thursday that they have added Esports to their extracurricular programming. 

They currently have approximately 20 students participating on the high school and middle schools teams, which are coached by Computer Science teacher Darren Engleking. 

Milan will compete against opposing schools in popular games such as Rocket League and Fortnite.
