Election Day Is Here: When And Where You Can Vote

Polling places are open in Indiana and Kentucky until 6:00 p.m. In Ohio, they are open until 7:30 p.m.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – All the advertisements, debates, and prognostication come to a head on Election Day in the tri-state.

Voters are going to the polls to pick their representatives at the courthouse, statehouse, and congress. Turnout is expected to be abnormally high for a midterm election - thanks in part to a weather forecast of partly sunny skies and a high in the mid- to upper-50s.

In Indiana and Kentucky, polling places are open 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. If you’re a Hoosier, you can find your voter registration status and polling location at www.IndianaVoters.com. Kentuckians can go to elect.ky.gov for voter information.

Ohio polling places are open 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. and voters there can find their polling location at www.MyOhioVote.com.

If you are a voter in Switzerland County, all ballots are to be cast at the Switzerland County TEC Center in Vevay. Switzerland County has been using a travelling vote center model, with polling places being opened in different spots in the county since October 25. On Election Day, however, the only polling place in the county is the Switzerland County TEC Center.

Eagle Country 99.3 will have all your southeastern Indiana election results live on the radio Tuesday night. Our Indiana Votes 2018 coverage will begin at 7:00 p.m. Election results from Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties will also be posted on our Indiana Votes page as results come in this evening.
