East Central FFA Sending Eight to Compete on National Stage

The 96th National FFA Convention and Expo will be held next week in Indianapolis.

INDIANAPOLIS – One hundred students from across Indiana will compete at the National FFA Convention next week in Indianapolis.

The 96th National FFA Convention and Expo will be held November 1-4 at the Indiana Convention Center.

Participants will compete in a variety of Career Development and Leadership Development Events, including eight East Central FFA students.

Other events include Veterinary Science and Floriculture. Others will be competing in leadership development events such as

Extemporaneous Public Speaking, Agricultural Issues Forum and Creed Speaking.

Crouch, Indiana’s Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development. “Being able to showcase their talents and skills at the 96th National FFA Convention right here in their home state is extraordinary and I know they will make our Hoosier hearts proud.”
