Dearborn County Chamber Businesses Of The Year Are Ivy Tech, Janet's Diner

Tickets are on sale for the Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce's 2018 Annual Dinner on Thursday, November 8.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) - The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce has named its annual award winners.

The chamber's board of directors reviewed multiple nominees for each of the five awards.

The Large Business of the Year is Ivy Tech Community College.

Small Business of the Year goes to Janet’s Diner, a family-owned and operated restaurant and gathering place in Dillsboro.

The Dearborn County Young Professionals Award is being given to Hidden Valley Golf Club, which has hosted the group's annual golf outings.

The Chairperson's Award winner is attorney Andrea Ewan of Dearborn Title. Ewan is also a member of the chamber board and DCYP.

The chamber’s Lauren Hill Award for community service goes to Kevin Wang, the proprietor of Grand Buffet in Lawrenceburg and Wang’s Hot Chicken in Aurora.

In addition the chamber will recognize Top Quality Building Products, Inc. for 50 years of business in Dearborn County.

The awards will be handed out at the Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce's Annual Dinner presented by Kelsey Chevrolet on Thursday, November 8 at the Lawrenceburg Event Center. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. Eagle Country 99.3 news and sports director Mike Perleberg will serve as emcee of the event.
