Dearborn Co. Law Enforcement Agencies Receive Calls On Thefts From Unlocked Vehicles

The recent string of thefts have been occurring during the overnight hours.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Law enforcement agencies in Dearborn County are urging residents to lock their vehicle.

Lawrenceburg Police, along with other Dearborn County law enforcement agencies have taken several calls in recent days regarding thefts from unlocked vehicles.

Area residents are reminded to always lock your vehicle when leaving it unattended. Valuables should also be removed.

Lawrenceburg Police say the thefts are occurring overnight.

Suspicious activity should be reported to the non-emergency phone number for Dearborn County Dispatch at 812-537-3431.
